Personalized Property Management

Family owned and operated since 1997, Milestone Management is a trusted community partner, managing a small number of private, non-rental, vacation homes. Milestone’s full-time team includes maintenance, housekeeping and administrative staff that can handle any and all tasks for a small number of discerning homeowners. Our goal is turnkey readiness of your property at all times.

Weekly Property Inspections

While you’re out of residence, we’ll perform a thorough weekly property inspection using a detailed checklist and focusing on critical systems and potential problems. We’ll also identify possible needs for repairs or maintenance and communicate those needs on a regular basis.

Maintenance & Repairs

We use an exhaustive list of preventative maintenance inspections to make sure all house systems are kept in working order. If small repairs are needed, our staff will quickly and efficiently perform these. With larger repairs, we’ll present options and expense for your approval.

Project Management

We have nearly 30 years of experience in managing and coordinating larger repairs and projects. We utilize trusted vendors and coordinate timing, budget and regular updates for your convenience.

Airport Transportation

Housekeeping

We utilize mostly in-house staff to keep your home looking good at all times. We will perform thorough cleaning when you leave the home and touch up as needed before your arrival. We excel at thorough deep cleaning in the spring or fall at your discretion. Specialty cleaning services can easily be provided at your direction, such as windows and carpets, or anything requiring a specialty vendor. We can do daily housekeeping while you’re in residence to spiff up your house for you and your guests.

Preventative Maintenance

We’ll be your eyes and ears on anything that might need attention BEFORE something goes wrong. We want your visits to your vacation home to be problem free. If something does go wrong while using your home, we have long time relationships with vendors and can react quickly.

Concierge & Personal Services

We like to say that we’ll tackle any task you’ll let us do. Grocery shopping, no problem. Airport transportation, got it. Don’t hesitate to request anything you need help with.
